You will drive sales, ensure accurate orders, and help customers find the right products while guiding showroom promotions. This role emphasizes service excellence and fast, friendly problem solving.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ years of related field experience.
• Lift up to 50 pounds unassisted, heavier loads with assistance.
• Adapt communication to differing audiences (writing, phone, in person).
• Operate powered industrial equipment.

Responsibilities

• Use inclusive behaviors and multi-task to serve as subject matter expert for branch team members.
• Maximize sales opportunities, lead showroom promotions, and exceed customer expectations.
• Oversee the entire customer experience including product selection, order entry, and loading customer vehicle.
• Learn and navigate several computer applications for customer-facing and warehouse activities.
• Perform actions to maximize sales opportunities and encourage customer loyalty.
