Job summary

Adecco Group is seeking a Branch Manager in Kentucky to build growth plans, recruit and manage a high-performing team, and deliver top-tier service to clients and candidates. The role focuses on sales growth, budgeting, and stakeholder management.

You will lead day-to-day operations, monitor KPIs, and drive continuous improvement across processes, ensuring compliance with SLA targets and effective client engagement.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with 5+ years of relevant work experience.
• Two years of direct sales experience with a proven track record.
• Sales experience within a personnel service organization is preferred.
• One year of supervisory/management experience with a sales or service-oriented staff.

Responsibilities

• Build and execute plans to grow new clients and retain existing accounts.
• Manage branch P&L and budgeting, cost controls, and revenue forecasts.
• Lead and develop branch team, coach recruiters, and ensure KPI/SLA targets are met.
• Maintain client relationships, conduct business reviews, and monitor service levels.
• Oversee recruitment processes, terms, credit assessment, and onboarding of customers.
