Qualifications

• Experience managing business operations and consistently meeting/exceeding targets.
• Proven leadership and HR management skills.

• BS in Business Administration or related field.

Responsibilities

• Designs and implements a strategic sales plan to expand the branch customer base.
• Sets objectives and monitors performance of Outside Sales Representatives.
• Builds long-lasting customer relationships by understanding needs and delivering value.
• Directs operational aspects with Branch Operations Manager, including distribution and customer service.
• Trains and leads inside staff in warehouse, order management, and office duties.
• Develops forecasts and financial plans with responsibility for branch results.
