Job summary

Emser Tile seeks an experienced Branch Manager to lead the local sales and operations team in Oklahoma City. You will drive growth, manage financials, oversee inventory and warehouse activities, and ensure top‑notch customer service.

The role may involve hands‑on duties including forklift operation and daily operations support. You will report to the Regional Operations Manager with dotted line to the Business Development Manager, and you will lead a team to achieve revenue, service and safety

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
• Experience in managing branch operations and financial performance.
• Strong leadership, coaching and communication skills.
• Proficiency with MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with sales/inventory systems.

Responsibilities

• Support the implementation of strategic sales and operational plans to expand the customer base.
• Drive branch profitability by achieving revenue goals and controlling costs.
• Develop and maintain strong customer relationships and deliver high service standards.
• Oversee daily branch operations including orders, inventory, receiving, stocking, warehouses, delivery coordination, and staffing.
• Ensure accurate orders and organized inventory; maintain safe, compliant operations.
• Collaborate with regional/corporate leadership to promote initiatives and align with financial goals.
• Assist with training of staff in sales processes, order management, and office administration.
