Demonstrated success managing financial performance and branch operations while consistently meeting or exceeding established objectives.
Comprehensive understanding of branch operations, including inventory management, order fulfillment, warehouse workflows, customer service, staffing, and expense control.
Ability and willingness to assist with branch and warehouse activities as needed, including lifting and moving product, supporting order fulfillment, and operating a forklift in accordance with company safety requirements.

Responsibilities

Support the implementation and execution of strategic sales and operational plans designed to expand the customer base, strengthen the branch’s local market presence, and achieve revenue and profitability objectives.
Drive branch profitability by achieving revenue goals and operational performance objectives while maintaining effective cost controls and delivering exceptional customer service.
Develop and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships by understanding customer needs, resolving concerns promptly, and delivering a consistently high standard of service across all branch interactions.
Oversee daily branch operations, including order management, inventory flow, receiving, stocking, warehouse performance, delivery coordination, customer service, administration, staffing, facility readiness, and overall branch presentation.
Ensure orders are processed accurately, inventory is maintained and organized, warehouse activities are conducted efficiently, customer pickups and deliveries are handled professionally, and branch procedures are followed consistently.
Establish and drive branch objectives, performance expectations, and operating standards that align with company policies, safety requirements, service standards, and financial goals.
