Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2-4 years retail banking experience preferred.
• 1-2 years supervisory experience required; supervisory experience in retail banking preferred.
• Solid sales and service success demonstrated by prior roles.
• Strong problem resolution skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily branch management under the general supervision of the branch manager.
• Meet personal sales goals and coach staff toward branch goals.
• Understand and apply the teller function and bank product knowledge.
• Oversee branch operations including scheduling, opening/closing, and compliance.
