Job summary

The Adecco Group is seeking a Branch Manager in the United States. You will lead recruitment, client relationship management, and branch operations, driving sales, service excellence, and profitability. You will collaborate with HR, operations, and client contacts to ensure compliance, robust service levels, and strong customer satisfaction while delivering results within agreed SLAs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent plus 5+ years of relevant work experience.
• Two years of direct sales experience with a proven track record.
• One year of supervisory/management experience with a sales or service staff.
• Working knowledge of labor and employment laws.

Responsibilities

• Grow and retain accounts, establish plans to grow and win back clients.
• Ensure client requirements and SLAs are met; maintain high customer satisfaction.
• Serve as escalation point for client, procurement, operations, and HR managers.
• Manage branch P&L, budget, and cost control; forecast revenue and expenses.
• Conduct monthly one-on-one meetings; monitor KPIs and performance.
