Responsibilities

• Grow and retain accounts; plan to win new clients and achieve revenue targets.
• Manage branch P&L, budget, and cost controls.
• Lead and develop branch team including recruiters; coach performance.
• Ensure client requirements and SLAs are met; maintain high client satisfaction.
• Conduct regular business reviews with clients and program teams; present monthly/quarterly reviews.
