Job summary

The Adecco Group is seeking a Branch Manager to lead performance in a busy Texas branch. You will drive new client acquisition, retain existing accounts, and guide a team to deliver exceptional service to candidates and clients.

You will oversee recruitment, training, and development, monitor KPIs and SLAs, and manage the branch budget. A strong emphasis on relationship-building and strategic planning will be essential to success.

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or equivalent and 5+ years of relevant work experience.
• Two year’s direct sales experience with a proven track record measured by increased responsibilities.
• Sales experience within a personnel service organization is preferred.
• One year of supervisory / management experience with a sales or service-oriented staff.

Responsibilities

• Grow and retain accounts, establishing plans to grow and retain existing clients and win back lapsed accounts.
• Ensure client requirements (operational and contractual) meet SLA targets.
• Maintain high customer satisfaction through regular communication and business reviews with clients and program teams.
• Serve as escalation point for Client, Procurement, Operations, and HR Managers on issues.
• Develop and present monthly/quarterly business reviews to leadership.
• Manage branch P&L and implement cost-control decisions.
• Develop branch revenue and expense forecasts and budgets.
