Job summary

Adecco Group is seeking a Branch Manager to lead growth and retention of client accounts in California. You will manage P&L, recruitment strategies, and a team of recruiters while delivering top client and candidate service.

This role emphasizes coaching, process improvements, and strong stakeholder relationships. You will collaborate with sales leaders to understand client needs, set competitive pay and bill rates, and drive service performance across the branch.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 5+ years of relevant work experience.
• Two years of direct sales experience with increased responsibilities.
• One year of supervisory/management experience in a sales or service role.

Responsibilities

• Grow and retain accounts; establish plans to grow existing and new clients.
• Ensure client requirements meet SLA targets and maintain high customer satisfaction.
• Manage branch P&L; set budgets and forecast growth.
• Recruit, train, and develop branch staff; coach recruiters.
• Run monthly/quarterly business reviews for leadership.
• Oversee recruitment strategies and branch operations; monitor KPIs and KPIs.
