Job summary

The Adecco Group is seeking a Branch Manager in California to lead client growth, retention, and recruitment operations. You will drive sales plans, manage P&L, and oversee a branch team to deliver exceptional service to candidates and clients.

As a senior leader, you will develop business opportunities, monitor performance against KPIs, and ensure compliance with labor laws. The role requires strategic planning, strong communication, and hands-on recruiting involvement.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Two years direct sales experience with a proven track record.
• One year of supervisory/management experience with a sales or service-oriented staff.

Responsibilities

• Grow and retain accounts; develop new clients and maximize revenue.
• Manage branch P&L and cost control; develop budgets and forecasts.
• Lead, coach, and develop recruiters; monitor KPIs and SLAs.
• Perform regular client reviews and balance requirements with service levels.
• Onboard new customers including terms, risk, and rate negotiations.
• Maintain compliance with licensing and credit reference processes.
