This leadership role emphasizes strategic planning, budget control, and cross-functional collaboration with sales, operations, HR, and program teams to achieve KPIs and growth targets.

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or equivalent and 5+ years of relevant work experience.
• Two year’s direct sales experience with a proven track record.
• One year of supervisory / management experience with a sales or service-oriented staff.
• Strong written and oral communication across levels.

Responsabilités

• Grow and retain existing accounts and win new clients.
• Set pay and bill rates based on skill categories.
• Manage branch P&L and budgets.
• Develop recruitment strategies and supervise staff.
