Job summary

Grainger is seeking a Branch Sales Associate in Boise to connect with walk-in customers, guide product selection, and process orders. You will also perform warehouse tasks such as picking, staging, and loading customer vehicles, while contributing to merchandising and stock replenishment.

You will shift between customer service and warehouse duties, report to the Branch Manager, and uphold Grainger’s safety and process standards across daily operations.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to provide excellent customer service and drive sales.
• Ability to adapt communication style for in-person and phone interactions.
• Ability to learn multiple computer systems used for customer-facing and warehouse tasks.

Responsibilities

• Manage the customer experience from product selection to loading vehicles.
• Look for opportunities to maximize sales and customer loyalty.
• Assist with merchandising and showroom replenishment.
• Perform inventory counts and pick/ship orders.
• Navigate store/warehouse computer systems and maintain branch standards.
