Responsibilities

• Manage the customer experience including product selection, order entry, picking, and loading vehicles.
• Maximize sales opportunities and encourage customer loyalty.
• Adapt communication for email, phone, or in person.
• Prepare will-call orders and stage shipments.
• Prepare backorders and stock received.
• Assist merchandising and showroom replenishment.
• Conduct inventory counts.
• Navigate computer systems for customer-facing and warehouse activities.
• Maintain branch appearance and adhere to safety guidelines.
