Responsibilities

• Manage the entire customer experience from product selection to order entry and loading customer vehicle.
• Look for ways to maximize sales opportunities and encourage customer loyalty.
• Adapt communication style for email, phone, or in-person interactions.
• Pick, prepare, and stage will call orders/shipping product.
• Prepare customer backorders and organize received stock.
• Assist with merchandising and showroom replenishment.
• Perform inventory counts.
• Navigate multiple computer systems for customer-facing and warehouse tasks.
• Maintain branch appearance and comply with safety guidelines.
