• Drive all contractor business in branch.
• Uphold proper Branch customer service standards.
• Provide accurate and expert information; be responsive to customers.
• First point-of-contact between the client and Emser.
• Have extensive product knowledge and overview.
• Explain Emser brand, differentiation, and product philosophy.
• Assist customers at the counter with the Customer Support Representative.
• Organize account base and prioritize activities by imminent sales potential.
• Develop and implement plans for longer term sales cycles.
• Participate in weekly sales meetings with Management to set goals.
• Provide samples to trade accounts and walk-in clients per merchandising standards.
• Build sales by explaining product knowledge and identifying customer needs.
