Job summary

Emser Tile LLC, a national leader in high-quality ceramic tile and natural stone distribution, seeks a Hybrid Inside Sales and Customer Support Representative in Las Vegas. This role blends customer service with sales, supporting the Branch Operations team and driving contractor business within the branch.

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years in sales and customer-facing roles, strong communication, and product knowledge.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of sales and customer-facing experience in construction/design industries.
• Strong communication skills (written and verbal) at all organizational levels.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with contractors, designers, builders, and trade pros.
• Proficiency in inventory management, sales metrics, and basic math.
• Knowledge of JD Edwards or similar ERP systems.
• Bilingual in Spanish or another area language is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for clients, delivering front-line customer service and professionalism.
• Drive contractor business with product knowledge and effective selling skills.
• Greet walk-in customers and callers, resolve needs, and build relationships.
• Enter and verify orders in the JD Edwards system; manage account activities.
• Provide accurate information and expert product advice on installation and warranties.
• Monitor branch sales by identifying customer needs and recommending products or offers.
• Make outbound calls to reactivate and activate accounts to grow sales.
• Promote Emser brand identity and product philosophy to customers and prospects.
• Document and track customer feedback for continuous improvement.
• Assist with sample design, creation, and setup for trade accounts and walk-ins.
• Support weekly sales goals and inventory-related tasks with management.
