Job summary

Zions Bancorporation is seeking a Branch Relationship Banker for the Prescott Valley, AZ branch. This role provides full‑service banking to new and existing customers, focuses on sales and service, opens accounts, supports consumer loans, and makes appropriate referrals to bank products while nurturing lasting client relationships in the community.

The ideal candidate has strong customer service and communication skills, basic math and banking product knowledge, and, ideally, bilingual

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent with 1 year experience in sales, teller, new accounts or loan processing.
• Experience in a financial sales oriented role is preferred.
• Solid knowledge of banking products and transactions, plus math basics.
• Strong customer service, interpersonal and verbal/written communication skills.
• Proficient in basic computer skills and cross-selling/referral abilities.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is preferred.
• NMLS registration required under the SAFE Act.

Responsibilities

• Provide full-service banking to new and existing customers with emphasis on sales and service.
• Open accounts, assist with consumer loans and process client service issues.
• Refer clients to other bank products and services and follow up as needed.
• Establish strong customer relationships with personalized service.
• Process cash transactions and other duties as assigned.
