Job summary

JPMorganChase seeks a Relationship Banker to join a Chase Branch in New York. Representing the brand with hospitality, you will use the latest banking solutions and fintech to acquire, manage, and retain meaningful client relationships.

You will need 1+ year of sales experience in banking, strong communication skills, and the ability to handle licensing requirements (SIE, FINRA 6, 63, Life) within 180 days. Weekend/evening shifts are required.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking or Financial Services.
• Ability to create memorable client experiences.
• Excellent communication skills in person and over the phone; tailor product benefits.
• Resolve client issues with attention to detail; ensure compliant experiences.
• Operate within risk parameters and complete required training.
• Licensing: SIE, FINRA Series 6, state registrations (63 if required) and Life licenses; obtain within 180 days.

Responsibilities

• Put clients first and deliver attentive, friendly service in a welcoming environment.
• Manage assigned clients; meet with them in person or by phone to build relationships and tailor recommendations.
• Use consultative communication to understand needs and build trust.
• Educate clients on technology solutions (Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, ATMs).
• Learn products and collaborate with experts to address financial needs.
• Adhere to policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
