Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking or financial services with proven results.
• Ability to create memorable client experiences and elevate service levels.
• Excellent communication, in person and by phone, tailoring benefits to client needs.
• Ability to resolve client issues with attention to detail and consistency.
• Operate within risk parameters and complete required training.
• High school degree or equivalent; licenses or licensing path will be pursued post-hire.

Responsibilities

• Put clients first and deliver attentive, friendly service in a welcoming branch environment.
• Manage assigned clients, meet with them regularly in person or by phone to deepen relationships and tailor recommendations.
• Engage in clear, consultative communication to understand client needs and build trust.
• Educate clients on technology solutions (Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, ATMs) to simplify banking.
• Learn products, services, and procedures to effectively consult and connect clients to specialists.
• Adhere to banking policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
