JPMorganChase is seeking a Relationship Banker at a Chase Branch in New York. You will represent the brand with hospitality, developing and retaining client relationships while offering thoughtful financial solutions using Chase tech tools.

The role requires branch hours including weekends and evenings, with opportunities to leverage a comprehensive benefits package and ongoing licensing support.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking or related fields.
• Strong communication to tailor product benefits.
• Ability to resolve client issues with attention to detail.
• Ability to work branch hours including weekends and some evenings.
• SIE exam, FINRA Series 6, state registrations (including 63 if required), and Life licenses are minimum requirements; licenses must be obtained within 180 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Put clients first and deliver attentive, friendly service to create a welcoming environment.
• Manage assigned clients and meet with them in person or by phone to build relationships and tailor recommendations.
• Communicate clearly to understand client needs and build trust; listen to anticipate requirements.
• Educate clients on technology solutions like Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs to meet banking needs.
• Learn products, services, and procedures to consult on banking solutions and connect clients with specialists.
• Adhere to policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
