Job summary

The role requires 1+ year in retail banking sales, strong communication, compliance awareness, and willingness to work weekend/evening hours; licensing training provided via JPMC. Educate clients on Chase Mobile App and Chase.com in a fast-paced, client-first environment.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking or Financial Services.
• Ability to create memorable experiences for clients.
• Excellent communication skills in person and over the phone.
• Ability to resolve client issues with attention to detail.
• Operate within risk parameters and regulatory requirements.
• High school degree, GED, or foreign equivalent.
• SIE exam, FINRA Series 6, state registration (including 63 if required), and Life licenses (or to obtain via licensing program within 180 days).
• Ability to work branch hours including weekends and some evenings.

Responsibilities

• Put clients first and deliver attentive, friendly service.
• Manage assigned clients and meet with them to build relationships and tailor recommendations.
• Communicate clearly to understand and assist clients, building trust.
• Educate clients on technology solutions like Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs.
• Learn products and procedures to consult on banking solutions with experts.
• Adhere to policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
