• Proactively meet with assigned clients, in person and over the phone, to build relationships and tailor recommendations.
• Engage in consultative communication to understand client needs and trust.
• Educate clients on technology solutions like mobile app and online banking.
• Learn products and procedures quickly to effectively consult and connect clients with experts.
• Adhere to policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
