Job summary

JPMorgan Chase is hiring a Relationship Banker for a Chase Branch to represent our brand with hospitality and leverage modern banking solutions. You will lead in acquiring, managing, and retaining client relationships using financial knowledge to offer tailored solutions.

The role requires a strong client-first mindset, excellent communication, and the ability to work branch hours including weekends and some evenings. Licensing requirements apply and training is provided.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking or related industries with success in establishing new clients and deepening relationships.
• Ability to create memorable experiences for clients and elevate the client experience.
• Excellent communication skills, in person and over the phone, tailoring features and benefits to diverse client needs.
• Ability to quickly resolve client issues with attention to detail while maintaining consistency.
• Operate within risk parameters and complete required training for compliance obligations.
• Licensing: SIE, FINRA Series 6, state registration (63 if required), and Life licenses; enroll in JPMorganChase licensing program within 180 days.

Responsibilities

• Put clients first and exceed expectations with attentive, friendly service.
• Manage assigned clients and meet with them in person and by phone to build lasting relationships and tailor recommendations.
• Engage in clear, consultative communication to understand and help clients, building trust.
• Educate clients about technology solutions (Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, ATMs) for banking needs.
• Learn products, services, and procedures to consult on banking solutions and connect clients with experts.
• Adhere to policies, procedures, and regulatory banking requirements.
