Qualifications

• Requires knowledge of banking products and customer service best practices.
• Experience in proactive sales and relationship building is preferred.
• Bilingual Spanish abilities are a plus and may be preferred in some branches.

Responsibilities

• Acquire and deepen the branch customer base through proactive sales and service activities.
• Drive proactive sales conversations and elevate client loyalty through a defined sales process.
• Educate customers on options for managing financial transactions using technology and resources.
• Identify and resolve customer issues by applying product and procedural knowledge.
• Support branch daily operations while managing risk and ensuring accurate processes.
