Responsibilities

• Acquire and deepen the branch customer base through proactive sales and service activities.
• Manage the customer experience by identifying opportunities to improve the customer's financial wellbeing.
• Collaborate with ecosystem partners to grow customer's share of wallet and position PNC solutions to drive revenue and loyalty.
• Deliver a full PNC conversation with every client interaction to identify appropriate PNC solutions and educate on digital tools.
• Maintain risk controls and adhere to policies while supporting daily branch operations.
