The role requires high school education, 1+ year experience, strong organizational and communication skills, and comfort with multi-system data entry in a healthcare setting. Office-based role with benefits and growth potential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• At least one year of related work experience.
• Fluent English in reading, writing and speaking.
• Ability to work with multiple systems simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls from patients and provide information or resolve issues.
• Process and create new orders, review systems, and confirm deliveries.
• Verify insurance and obtain authorizations per payor guidelines.
• Gather documentation to bill health insurance plans.
• Collect payments and reconcile daily receivables.
• Perform outbound satisfaction calls to patients and referrals.
