Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• At least one‑year related work experience.
• Certificates, Licenses, Registrations or Professional Designations: None.

Responsibilities

• Act as first contact to patients arriving in person.
• Answer inbound calls from customers on a multi-line phone system; provide information and troubleshoot.
• Process branch duties: create and manage orders, verify insurance and obtain authorizations.
• Work with sales/referrals/patients to gather documents for insurance guidelines.
• Review accounts and obtain documentation to bill health plans.
• Collect payments and reconcile daily receivables.
