Job summary

America’s Credit Union in DuPont, WA is seeking a Branch Operations Supervisor to lead daily branch activities and drive exceptional member service. The role focuses on operational excellence, coaching staff, and promoting deposit services while fostering community relationships.

The position requires at least 2 years in financial services with supervisory experience, a high school diploma or GED, and bondability. Competitive benefits and growth opportunities are offered.

Qualifications

• Associates or Bachelor’s Degree with two years in a financial institution or related field.
• 1–2 years supervisory experience and/or demonstrated leadership skills.
• One year of staff hiring/selection experience preferred in financial industry.
• Must be bondable.

Responsibilities

• Help the branch grow and meet sales targets.
• Foster strong relationships with key members.
• Coach and mentor the teller and new accounts/loans staff in their sales and service tasks.
• Promote and deliver deposit services to our members.
• Refer opportunities to the investments and mortgage teams and work with them to ensure referrals come back to the branch.
• Assist in branch needs– from taking loan applications to new account opening and teller services – ensuring top-notch service.
• Represent the credit union in the community by participating in events and organizations -be the local “face” of the credit union.
