Job summary

Americas Thrift Stores’ DuPont branch is seeking a Branch Operations Supervisor who will drive branch success and deliver outstanding member service. You will support daily operations, coach staff, and help implement new products, services, and process improvements.

You’ll lead sales growth, foster member relationships, supervise tellers and new accounts/loans staff, and participate in community events as the branch’s local face.

Qualifications

• Associates or Bachelor's degree; two years of experience in a financial institution or related field.
• 1–2 years of supervisory experience and demonstrated leadership skills.
• Experience in staff hiring; preferably within a financial institution or related industry.

Responsibilities

• Help the branch grow and meet sales targets.
• Coach the teller and new accounts/loans staff in sales and service tasks.
• Promote and deliver deposit services to members; refer opportunities to the investments and mortgage teams.
• Assist in branch operations – from loan applications to new account openings and teller services – ensuring top-notch service.
• Represent the credit union in the community by participating in events and organizations.
