Qualifications

• 2+ years of industry experience with deep, wide-ranging industry knowledge.
• Active P&C license is required.
• Outstanding communication and people management skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• High School Diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Direct management of Account Team staff and workflows.
• Monitor performance, coaching, scheduling, and staffing.
• Ensure HR processes and policy compliance.
• Develop and implement process improvements and policy enforcement.
• Promote IOA culture and employee engagement.
• Analyze performance data and report to leadership.
