Qualifications

• 2+ years of industry experience with deep, wide-ranging industry knowledge.
• Active P&C license is required.
• Excellent communication and people management skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• High School Diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop Account Management staff, monitor performance and coach.
• Ensure HR processes and policies are followed.
• Monitor productivity, quality and service standards.
• Manage staff scheduling and days off for coverage.
• Hire recommendations and participate in interviews.
• Deliver performance evaluations and coaching.
