Insurance Office of America is seeking a Branch Operations Supervisor - Commercial Lines to lead the Account Management team across our Orange County region. The role is hybrid, with 1 day in-office at specified Southern California locations and ongoing collaboration with branch leadership to ensure service excellence.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of industry experience with deep, wide-ranging industry knowledge.
• Active P&C license is required.
• Outstanding communication and people management skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• High School Diploma (or equivalent).

Responsibilities

• Team Leadership: Manage Account Management staff, monitor performance, and provide coaching.
• HR Management: Ensure compliance with HR processes and policies.
• Performance Monitoring: Ensure productivity, efficiency, quality, and service standards.
• Scheduling: Manage staff days off calendars for service continuity.
• Staffing Levels: Ensure appropriate staffing levels and recommend adjustments.
• Employee Selection: Participate in interviewing and hiring recommendations.
