Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years in branch operations or insurance/account management.
• Active P&C license is required.
• Strong communication and people management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead Account Management staff, monitor performance, and provide coaching.
• Ensure compliance with HR processes and policies.
• Monitor productivity, quality, and service standards.
