Qualifications

• Active property & casualty licensing required.
• Strong account management capabilities with 50%+ book of business.
• Excellent communication, people management, and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).

Responsibilities

• Direct daily activities and workflow of the branch team.
• Lead strategic and tactical plan implementation.
• Manage branch P&L and budgeting; control costs.
• Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and staff development.
• Ensure HR processes and policy compliance.
• Monitor performance data and drive improvements.
• Maintain relationships with IOA leadership and clients.
• Spend up to 50% of time on an assigned book of business.
