Job summary

Liquid Environmental Solutions seeks a Branch Operations Manager to lead daily route assignments and ensure service excellence in Puyallup, WA. You will drive DOT compliance, safety standards, and customer relations while coordinating with the Sherwood/Portland branch for coverage.

The role requires 3 years of management experience, a 4-year degree (preferred), and the ability to travel out-of-state for onboarding. Expect 95k–110k salary with a 12.5% bonus and vehicle allowance.

• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
• Must be able to travel out of state for onboarding/training.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily driver route assignments using Logistics Department technology.
• Ensure service technicians meet customer needs while complying with DOT regulations.
• Monitor productivity, overtime, hours per stop, service quality and timeliness, and fleet management.
• Maintain P&L responsibilities and annual branch plan; work toward monthly revenue goals within budget.
• Lead safety programs, conduct vehicle inspections, and coordinate with fleet maintenance.
