Qualifications

• 3 years in management and/or leadership experience.
• Preferred experience managing DOT-regulated drivers and vehicles.
• Must be able to travel out of state for onboarding / training.
• Demonstrated good people skills, decision-making ability, and problem-solving.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily driver route assignments and ensure customer needs are met while complying with DOT regulations.
• Maintain safety and regulatory compliance across the branch and fleet.
• Meet monthly revenue goals and manage branch budget and performance.
