Job summary

Liquid Environmental Solutions is seeking a Branch Operations Supervisor to lead daily transportation operations and support a team of CDL Service Technicians. You will coordinate routes, assist drivers, ensure DOT compliance, and focus on delivering excellent customer service.

Ideal candidates will have supervisory or management experience in transportation or logistics, with strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Requires supervisory or management experience.
• Experience in transportation, logistics or trucking operations.
• Knowledge of DOT and CDL regulations.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Excellent organizational and multi-tasking abilities.
• Strong communication with drivers, customers and leadership.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word).
• Equipment familiarity is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing daily driver routes and service schedules.
• Support drivers in the field and troubleshoot operational or equipment issues.
• Ensure compliance with DOT regulations and company safety standards.
• Perform route observations and vehicle inspections to maintain service quality.
• Work with the Branch Operations Manager to manage branch performance and goals.
• Monitor expenses, service delivery, and revenue goals.
• Ensure drivers present a professional image at customer sites.
• Coordinate with fleet maintenance teams and vendors for proper operation.
• Assist with driver training, coaching, and development.
