Liquid Environmental Solutions in Puyallup, WA seeks a Branch Operations Manager to coordinate daily driver routes and ensure excellent service while meeting DOT regulations. The role includes supervising service technicians, managing safety standards, and driving branch performance with a focus on efficiency and cost control.
The position requires leadership experience, a 4-year degree, and willingness to travel out of state for onboarding and training.
The Branch Operations Manager manages daily driver route assignments while utilizing technology provided by the Logistics Department. The Manager has the responsibility to ensure the Service Technicians meet the needs of the customers while complying with DOT regulations including time worked and time driven as well as all applicable regulations.
Salary: $95,000 to $110,000 annually + 12.5% bonus + monthly cell phone plan + monthly car allowance
* Maintain an on-hand inventory of supplies/tools and commonly needed equipment to minimize lost time due to outages while preventing overstocking. Must be familiar with standard Company practices and procedures when assigning routes or taking customer calls.

Responsible for the P&L and implementation of an annual yearly business plan for the branch, along with branch strategies. The Branch Operations Manager is expected to meet monthly revenue goals and stay within monthly budgeted expenses. Participate in a wide variety of special projects and compile a variety of special reports.
3 years in management and or leadership experience
Preferred Experience managing DOT-regulated drivers and vehicles
