Job summary

Liquid Environmental Solutions is seeking a Branch Operations Manager for the San Diego market. The role oversees daily driver routes, ensures DOT compliance, and coordinates with a logistics team to meet customer needs.

This is a full-time, on-site position located in Lakeside, CA 92040 with a compensation range of $115,000–$125,000 per year. Responsibilities include customer communication, safety leadership, and managing productivity, hours per stop, and fleet assets to achieve service quality

Qualifications

• 3 years in management or leadership experience.
• 4-year degree in related field preferred.
• Bilingual (Spanish/English) preferred.
• Experience managing DOT-regulated drivers and vehicles preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily driver route assignments.
• Ensure DOT regulations are followed (time worked/time driven).
• Meet customer expectations for on-time performance and service quality.
• Lead safety and compliance efforts within the branch.
• Oversee P&L and annual branch plan; meet monthly revenue goals.
