Job summary

Service Partners in Portland, OR is seeking a Branch Manager to lead daily branch operations and supervise staff. You will drive safety, efficiency and customer service while managing inventory and deliveries.

The role requires prior supervisory experience, industry knowledge, OSHA/DOT familiarity, and a college degree or equivalent work history. Local travel and a safety-conscious approach are expected.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 18.
• Valid driver's license if operating a vehicle.
• Prior supervisory or management experience.
• Knowledgeable in construction or distribution industry.
• Proficient with computers.
• OSHA requirements and DOT inspections experience.
• College degree preferred or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the assigned branch, including supervision of all employees.
• Provide first-class customer service to build relationships and retain customers.
• Drive operational excellence to improve quality, safety, cost and service.
• Ensure safety policies and procedures are implemented and maintained.
• Manage warehouse inventory, staff and deliveries.
• Develop employees into the next generation leaders.
• Leverage sales acumen to bolster team performance and support customer relationships.
• Perform any other duties as assigned.
