Liquid Environmental Solutions is seeking a Branch Operations Manager to oversee daily driver route assignments and ensure DOT compliance while supporting service technicians to meet customer needs.
The role requires leadership to drive safety, efficiency, and performance across the branch, with travel to onboarding/training and a compensation package including salary and bonus.
The Branch Operations Manager manages daily driver route assignments while utilizing technology provided by the Logistics Department. The Manager has the responsibility to ensure the Service Technicians meet the needs of the customers while complying with DOT regulations including time worked and time driven as well as all applicable regulations.
* Maintain an on-hand inventory of supplies/tools and commonly needed equipment to minimize lost time due to outages while preventing overstocking. Must be familiar with standard Company practices and procedures when assigning routes or taking customer calls.

Responsible for the P&L and implementation of an annual yearly business plan for the branch, along with branch strategies. The Branch Operations Manager is expected to meet monthly revenue goals and stay within monthly budgeted expenses. Participate in a wide variety of special projects and compile a variety of special reports.
3 years in management and or leadership experience
Bilingual (Spanish/English)
Preferred Experience managing DOT-regulated drivers and vehicles
