Liquid Environmental Solutions seeks a Branch Operation Supervisor to partner with the Branch Operation Manager. You will manage daily driver route assignments, ensure DOT compliance, coordinate fleet maintenance, and supervise technicians to deliver reliable service while maintaining a professional company image.

You will train staff, monitor performance, and work with multiple departments to optimize operations.

Qualifications

• 5 years of management experience.
• Transportation industry experience.
• Auto maintenance experience.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily driver route assignments with BOM support.
• Ensure DOT time worked and time-driven compliance for drivers.
• Perform vehicle inspections and coordinate fleet maintenance.
• Supervise Service Technicians and ensure professional image.
• Maintain inventory of supplies and communicate needs for approval.
• Provide performance feedback and monitor KPIs.
• Train and develop employees; lead during emergencies or after hours.
• Collaborate with BOM and other departments to improve service.
