Job summary

This on-site program pays $15.00 per hour, with the goal of offering full-time employment after graduation, and provides exposure to the Assistant Branch Manager path, regional guidance, and meetings.

Ideal candidates are juniors or seniors majoring in Business or Finance with strong communication

Qualifications

• Must be a Junior or Senior majoring in Business, Finance, or related field.
• Ideal candidates will be eager to learn, enthusiastic, and reliable with a strong work ethic.
• Must be able to work a minimum of 18-20 hours per week.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Must meet background and credit history standards and pass a pre-employment drug screen.
• Must be eligible for insurance licensing (subject to background checks).

Responsibilities

• Become licensed and participate in accelerated Assistant Branch Manager program.
• Assist in daily loan origination, processing, closings and funding activities.
• Learn responsibilities across management levels and potential career paths.
• Attend regional meetings/workshops to gain exposure to Branch Operations.
• Contribute to branch operations process-improvement projects.
• Explore corporate roles where branch experience is valuable.
