Job summary

Republic Finance, LLC is seeking Branch Operations Interns for an on-site program in Louisiana. You will learn the day-to-day operations of a branch and gain insight into the broader organization, including loan processes, compliance training, and leadership development.

Interns will participate in accelerated training, support loan origination and fundings, and meet with regional leaders to understand promotional paths toward full-time opportunities after graduation.

Qualifications

• Must be a Junior or Senior majoring in Business, Finance, or related field.
• Must be able to work a minimum of 18-20 hours per week.
• Ideal candidates are eager to learn, enthusiastic, and reliable with a strong work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Learn the daily functions and operations of a Republic Finance branch.
• Assist in loan origination, processing, closings and fundings.
• Attain regulatory training and loan process knowledge through accelerated programs.
• Attend regional meetings and gain exposure to the Branch Operations division.
• Explore branch operations process-improvement projects and corporate roles.
