Job summary

Republic Finance is seeking a Branch Operations Intern in Louisiana for a 100% onsite role. You will learn daily branch operations, loan processes, and compliance training while earning $15.00 per hour and exploring career paths within the company.

You will participate in accelerated training, assist in loan origination and funding, and gain exposure to regional leadership. This is a hands-on program with potential for full-time employment after graduation.

Qualifications

• Must be a Junior or Senior majoring in Business, Finance, or related field.
• Eager to learn, enthusiastic, and reliable with a strong work ethic.
• Able to work 18–20 hours per week.
• Must meet criminal background, credit history standards and pass a pre-employment drug screen.
• Eligible to meet insurance licensing requirements.

Responsibilities

• Become licensed and complete accelerated Assistant Branch Manager training.
• Assist in loan origination, processing, closings, and funding activities.
• Learn responsibilities with Manager and Regional VP to understand promotion paths.
• Attend regional meetings/workshops to gain exposure to Branch Operations.
• Contribute to branch operations process-improvement projects.
• Explore corporate roles where Branch experience is valued.
