United Mississippi Bank in Natchez, MS is seeking a Branch Supervisor to lead branch personnel, ensure compliant operations, and deliver exceptional customer service. You will direct operational activities, manage cash processes, and uphold branch facilities.

Responsibilities include balancing cash, supervising tellers, and collaborating with the Branch Manager to drive performance. This role requires flexibility in hours and a strong team mindset to support community banking needs.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• One year of teller experience preferred.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to lift/move/carry 40 pounds as part of daily tasks.
• Flexibility to work hours between 7am and 6pm, Monday–Friday.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-rate customer service.
• Ordering and shipping branch money.
• Balance cash within established guidelines.
• Sell and buy money from tellers.
• Build team spirit.
• Ensure branch operational and compliance-related tasks are completed.
• Open/close branch and all vaults.
• Provide facilities management to maintain cleanliness and organization.
• Supervise branch personnel to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
