Responsibilities

• Open/close branch daily, prepare schedules and workflows, monitor cash general ledger and recap sheet.
• Ensure daily processing of customer transactions and branch capture.
• Maintain internal controls and regulatory compliance.
• Protect confidentiality of information and passwords.
• Balance and troubleshoot on-site ATM issues if present.
• Coordinate with facilities for branch maintenance.
• Lead security meetings and train staff on equipment/procedures.
• Mentor Universal Bankers and support Branch Manager.
• Deploy resources to optimize performance; cover Branch Manager duties.
• Perform additional duties and special projects as assigned.
