Job summary

Sunbelt Federal Credit Union is seeking a Branch Operations Manager in Gulfport, MS. The role leads branch staff, coordinates daily operations, and ensures quality service for members in transactions, loans, and new accounts.

You will supervise scheduling, training, compliance, and performance while driving member satisfaction and branch profitability. A relevant degree and supervisory banking experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required; experience in branch operations preferred.
• Minimum 2–4 years supervisory experience in a financial institution.
• Strong knowledge of branch services, policies, and compliance.
• Proficiency with MS Office and banking software.
• Ability to manage staff schedules, timecards, and PTO.

Responsibilities

• Direct branch staff and departments to ensure high-quality member service.
• Schedule staff coverage, process PTO, and manage timecards.
• Monitor branch activity and performance metrics (transactions, loan volume, sales).
• Oversee loan processing and title work as part of daily duties.
• Ensure compliance with federal regulations and internal policies.
• Coach staff and develop leadership talent within the branch.
