Job summary

United Rentals in Broussard, LA is seeking an Operations Supervisor to lead daily branch operations, drive safety, and optimize Rental Flow while delivering world-class service. You will partner with the Branch Manager to meet financial goals and ensure quality delivery of equipment and services.

You will coach staff, monitor performance metrics, ensure policy compliance, and manage daily tasks from quotations to contracts, with a focus on efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of sales and operational experience
• 2+ years supervision and leadership experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
• Valid driver's license with good record

Responsibilities

• Support Branch Manager in implementing actions to achieve financial objectives
• Assist in ensuring compliance with all company policies
• Drive branch metrics by monitoring scorecard items and coaching staff
• Process rental quotations, reservations and contracts per policy
• Maximize operational effectiveness by training staff and controlling costs
• May handle day-to-day operations including opening/closing and cash handling
• Promote safety culture and disciplined work environment
• Other duties as assigned
